5 Tips in Leading Gen Y in the Workplace

Cassandra Ruggiero, a successful youth leader and Vice President of Global of Public Relations for AIESEC International, shares her experiences working with Millennials as well as representing the global youth voice. As part of this generation herself, she explains how leading her generation can be very difficult especially when they are volunteers. Ruggiero is also currently the Project Leader of the Global Youth Business Forum that bring together over 200 youth leaders to discuss the future of leadership.
